Overview
This course is designed to help a new employee manage their transition to the professional workplace. Whether they're a first-time employee, re-entering the workforce, or in a career transition, managing expectations and understanding the role of professional presentation and interaction in an ever-changing work environment can be instrumental to retention and success.
Participants will be able to identify their preferred interaction and presentation preferences through active learning exercises and targeted discussions. This module is designed as a 90-minute session to develop and reinforce essential workplace skills. The goal is to provide the skills and resources to develop strong working relationships and be successful in their new role.
