MEMBERS ONLY

Employee complaints that go unheard—or mishandled—can lead to major legal, cultural, and compliance issues. In partnership with Red Flag Reporting, we’ll walk through the core elements of an effective complaint-handling process from intake to investigation. Learn how tools and best practices can help your HR team identify red flags early, respond with consistency and care, and protect both your employees and organization.

  • Spot red flags early and address employee concerns before they escalate into bigger problems.
  • Know the key steps in a consistent, complaint-handling process—from intake through investigation.
  • Understand why traditional open-door policies often break down—and what structures actually encourage employees to speak up.
  • Discover how employee hotlines and reporting tools can strengthen accountability, compliance, and trust.
  • See the features of an independent hotline that make it an essential tool for protecting employers.

This virtual event is for ERC Members only and is approved for 1 HRCI recertification credits and 1 SHRM professional development credits (PDCs).
