Managing and Supporting Staff During Uncertain and Unprecedented Times

During this course, Shannon will share tools for finding balance between support and accountability. Managing staff during unprecedented times requires creativity and this course will be at time to explore and share ideas. Attendees will be encouraged to share ideas that have worked for them.

Shannon has 15 years of experience working in community mental health and 12 years of experience managing in community mental health. Shannon has a master's degree in counseling from Winona State University and has held various leadership positions and is the current CEO at Fernbrook Family Center.
