Our goal is to create a small, interactive atmosphere where attendees feel comfortable and encouraged to share. To maintain this environment, we will accommodate the first 20 Spa Managers registered for each class.
If your organization does not have someone available to properly train and develop a new Spa Manager, you may choose to make this their first week of onboarding.
Assistant Managers and Franchisees are welcome to attend; however, priority will be given to those currently in the Spa Manager role.
Please note that managers must attend in person for the entire duration of the course to receive credit. On Day 4, we will conclude at 1 PM—please plan travel accordingly
