Description
This training will assist new and developing supervisors in crafting a reflective supervision style that engages staff, supports their practice, instills self-care and forms a collaborative foundation for a thriving work environment.
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Identify their supervisory style.
- Engage, identify and explore the aspects of reflective supervision written and verbal communication with staff members.
- Develop a set of techniques on how to engage in reflective supervision and identify their own system for successful supervision.
- Develop language scripts to implement reflective supervision with staff.
- Apply techniques for engaging in reflective supervision through practice and demonstration.
- Identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Develop collaborative driven work-style strategies.
