Hear the stories behind Hawai'i's creatives and see how they are bringing to the world what really makes Hawai'i special. Our keynote speaker for the evening is Peter Ingram, the new CEO of Hawaiian Airlines.

Run by Jan & Joel Hori using long-standing family recipes, Hawaiian Pie Company is a bakery that specializes in melt-in-your-mouth buttery fruit pies and baked goods. Buy them frozen at your local grocery store or at their local shop in Honolulu.  

Hawaiian Rainbow Bees produces local, unprocessed, healthy 100% Hawaiian honey. Many of their bees are located on organic farms and serve as important pollinators in the region.

Based on Hawaii Island, Hawaiian Vanilla Co. is a boutique vanilla farm that creates over 60 different vanilla-infused products and is well known for their beautiful farm tours and lunch experience.

KōHana Rum is a farm to bottle, small batch Hawaiian agricole rum. All of their rums are first-hand harvested and pressed to juice before the heirloom canes are distilled to perfection. Based in Kunia, KōHana Rum offers tastings and tours at its distillery.

Kunoa is a sustainable Hawaii meat company. It manages a herd of several thousand cattle on Kauai, operates Hawaii’s largest meat packing facility, and sells fresh and value-added Hawaii meat products to retailers, food service, and direct to consumers.   

Mamalani is an Aloha-centered, Native Hawaiian made Natural Body Product company using local and organic ingredients in ‘āina-friendly packaging. Go Native is Mamalani’s Natural Health and Beauty Subscription box featuring crafters, artisans and farmers from Hawaii.

Based in Kailua, Manoa Chocolate Hawaii is a world-renowned bean-to-bar chocolate factory. Through direct trade of single origin cacao from around the world and across the Hawaiian Islands, Manoa Chocolate showcases the unique qualities of each region they source from.  

Monkeypod Jam creates low sugar, commercial pectin-free, fruit preserves highlighting fruit grown 100% on Kauai. Based on Kauai’s South Shore, Monkeypod operates a small bakery and culinary workshops for locals and visitors. 

Tea Chest is a tea company with a passion for refined taste and a distinct sense of place. Using natural organic and sustainable ingredients, Tea Chest makes a variety of hot and cold brew teas.

Voyaging Foods bridges Hawaiian ancestral food and the modern healthy diet by growing and manufacturing gluten and grain-free powders from Native Hawaiian canoe plants, the treasured heirloom plants of Polynesia.
