We will learn how to make a spinach egg dough and work a semolina dough. Shapes made will be cavatelli and spinach tortellini! Attendees can expect to bring home two boxes of pasta they’ve made themselves with directions on the best ways to prepare and serve to share. Snacks and a lasagna will be served during the class. First brew's on me!
