Making Your Nursing Self-Assessment Meaningful: A Guided Workshop for RNs
Overview
We have a limited number of 2 for 1 tickets so enrol soon before they run out!
About the Workshop
Each year, Registered Nurses complete a Self-Assessment as part of their College of Nurses registration renewal — an important opportunity to reflect on practice, identify strengths, and set goals for professional growth.
But turning those reflections into clear, achievable goals can be challenging. It’s not always easy to capture what you’ve learned, where you want to grow, or how to plan meaningful learning activities that fit your role and your life.
This 4-hour interactive online workshop is designed to make the process practical, focused, and personally rewarding. Guided by skilled facilitators, you’ll work through your self- assessment step-by-step — identifying priorities, articulating your goals, and developing a realistic action plan you can use throughout the year.
What You’ll Gain:
- A completed, thoughtful Self-Assessment aligned with your College’s Quality Assurance or Continuing Competence Program.
- A deeper understanding of your professional growth areas and strengths.
- Personalized learning goals that are meaningful, realistic, and motivating.
- A practical Professional Growth Plan with clear next steps and resources.
- A certificate of participation that can be included in your professional portfolio or used as evidence of Continuing Nursing Education (CNE).
