Is this just for first-time homebuyers?

No! This is open to anyone who is thinking about making a move. It's not everyday you buy a home, so if this is your 2nd, 3rd, or 10th home and you need a refresher, this is a perfect chance to do so. Things have most likely changed since the last time you bought a home too!

What should I bring to the event?

An open mind, and if you wanted to take notes, pen and paper! Paper and writing instruments will also be provided.

What type of raffle prizes are there?

This is still in the works, but they will be prizes that we would want too. Don't worry, it won't be a calendar or notebook with our logos on it LOL. It's completely free and comes with your registration.
