The Making the Grade in Workplace Wellness Network is a collaborative, interdisciplinary community of professionals dedicated to fostering healthier, more supportive workplaces across the region. Formed through participation in the Making the Grade in Workplace Wellness Spring Summit , the network connects wellness leaders from higher education, both public/private universities and community colleges (healthcare, government, nonprofits, and private industry are welcome as well!) to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and build sustainable wellness practices.
Members focus on sharing best practices, identifying useful resources, highlighting successful programs, and collaborating to overcome barriers to wellness. Regional meetings provide opportunities for members to connect locally, share information and needs, and contribute to planning the large statewide Spring Summit in May. The network also provides a space for meaningful networking, peer support, and innovation, helping organizations create inclusive, responsive, and effective workplace wellness cultures that enhance both employee well-being and organizational performance.
