Making Paper
Overview
The workshop will cover the fundamentals of how to make paper at home. Participants will be introduced to processing pulp, sheet formation, pulp painting and drying methods. With a focus on pulp painting, the workshop will explore additive techniques through stenciling and free form painting.
Materials are included; participants are welcome to bring in additional paper materials for processing if they like. Please keep in mind that papermaking is a wet process--dress appropriately with shoes/clothes that can get wet.
