About this event

Love Letters to the World is a celebratory media platform that shines light on the many good things happening around the globe. We are currently in San Francisco launching a neighborhood-wide campaign. Our first stop is the iconic Mission District.

Making It: Our Mission is a celebratory love letter to the people, places, and movements shaping the Mission’s future.

Join us for the premiere screening of our new film, followed by a live panel Q/A and a community reception. This free gathering brings together neighbors, culture keepers, and partners to honor what makes the Mission powerful—and to imagine what comes next.

This 30-minute documentary features the following community leaders:

Calle 24 Latino Cultural District • American Indian Cultural Center • BiRite Market • Empire Records • La Cocina • Dangerous Ventures • Dandelion Chocolate • Carnaval San Francisco • Gradient • Civic Joy Fund • El Buen Comer

Tickets are free with RSVP.

Space is limited—please reserve your seat, and invite a friend who loves the Mission and its culture.

We are so excited to celebrate together!
