Making It Happen: Collaborative Action to End Homelessness

Collaborative Action to End Homelessness. This annual event brings

together nonprofit professionals, service providers, local leaders, and

advocates committed to addressing homelessness and housing

insecurity in Yuma County. This year, we’re shifting from conversations about barriers to

coordinated, collaborative action. Our goal is to highlight what’s

working, spark new ideas, and empower attendees to leave with tools

and partnerships to make change happen—together.
