Taught by native from China, participants will have the opportunity to learn about traditional Chinese noodle culture and cooking techniques. Best part, we will be eating delicious hand-pulled noodles that you made! It is easier than you think!


CLASSES INCLUDE:

  • In this 2 hours lesson. we’ll learn, cook and eat delicious hand-pulled noodles in a fun and causal environment! Hand-pulled noodles are chewy, springy and meaty in mouthfeel that you will never get from dried noodles.
  • Learn how to make noodle dough from scratch.
  • Learn how to turn the dough into Biang Biang hand-pulled noodles
  • Learn how to serve the noodles in 2 different homemade sauces!
  • Vegan sauces will be provided .
  • We'll talk about different types of noodles and "Noodle Etiquette"
  • All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
  • BYOB (optional).
  • No experience is required!

CLASS INFO:

  • 2-12 people per class.
  • Group rates and private sessions available. Contact bostonbonbon@gmail.com.
  • Participants can be sitting during the entire class. Standing is optional.
  • Parking is available nearby.
  • Child fare: Children aged between 2 and 11 years (up to their 12th birthday) must be registered for the class (75 per cent of the regular price). Babies (0-2 years) who do not occupy a seat can attend for free. Either case, please email bostonbonbon@gmail.com for registration. Children 12 years and up need to be registered at adult regular fare.
  • If participants are under 18 years of age, and without accompanying parents, please notify us ahead of time via email at bostonbonbon@gmail.com. We will need to send you a form to fill out some basic contact information.
  • A 100% refund, less a $10 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise (including classes canceled by Boston Bonbon). Instead of refunds, Eventbrite credits will be issued and can be used towards any of Boston Bonbon's future classes. Rebooking fees of $15 apply unless class is canceled by Boston Bonbon.
