Make & Take: Custom Embroidered Flags

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to convert an image into an embroidery-ready file and then stitch your image onto a flag with our embroidery machine.

• Participants must bring their own laptop (not tablet) with Inkscape and Ink/Stitch downloaded. (Links are also provided in the confirmation email message.)

• Flag and embroidery supplies will be provided. You can also bring your own material to embroider.
• This workshop is in collaboration with the Manoa International Exchange program. Participants will also learn about study aboard opportunities at UHM.
• Free and open to all UH students.
• No prior experience needed.
