Make your own Fire Cider Vinegar

Come and spend half a day at The Edible Acre market garden immersing yourself in the world of Fire Cider. A vinegar based tonic used to help banish those Winter colds and Flu's.

We will share the history of vinegar and its uses in herbal remedies throughout the years, teach you about the important ingredients and their uses and set you up to create your very own jar of fire cider to take home and infuse ready to use over the cold winter months.

This will be a hands-on workshop with plenty of time to connect with the plants and ingredients as well as an opportunity to learn about a great folk remedy.

We will stop for a light lunch half way through the workshop and will provide tea and coffee making facilities throughout the day.
