ABOUT CRAIG MARTIN AND HIGH SEAS PROVISIONS:

Snacks are Craig’s calling. He founded High Seas Provisions after realizing that what truly made him feel happiness, fulfillment, and pride was seeing a smile on the face of someone enjoying his culinary creations. Craig would stand on a chair at the stove or at the sink learning to cook from the age of 4. Craig’s parents made jerky and pickles as snacks and gifts for neighbors, sparking the early inspiration for High Seas Provisions.

After serving nearly 10 active years in the US Navy, Craig found himself reading cookbooks and researching recipes that took him back to the places he got to visit in his travels. He tries to bring those flavors and the pride that people around the world take in their cuisines to share tastes with folks who aren't able to travel quite as far.

High Seas Provisions specializes in jerky and a rotating supply of hot sauces, pickled goods, snacks, and condiments made with as many local ingredients as possible, and never any artificial flavors or colors.
