This includes selecting and preparing lumber, precision cutting and joinery, assembly methods, and applying a professional-grade finish to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Whether you're a novice eager to tackle your first major woodworking project or an experienced woodworker looking to refine your skills, our class is designed to accommodate and inspire. We provide access to a wide range of tools and equipment, ensuring you have everything you need to successfully complete your bookcase with confidence. All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases.
