In this two-part class, learn what's involved in building cabinets from start-to-finish, including box construction, face framing, drawers, doors, and hardware like hinges and knobs. We will demonstrate Rockler Jig's that will help you along the way. You’ll see the process firsthand because you will build your very own base cabinet! The first part will have you making a 1 drawer / 1 door cabinet with pocket hole joinery to take home and bring back for the 2nd session one week later. Return with your cabinet from the first part class and add a rail & stile door and make and attach the drawer front. Our Woodworking 101 or power tool woodworking experience is a required prerequisite. This is a comprehensive class, 2 days, one week apart, each day is 7.5 hours with a 30 minute lunch break and limited to 2 students so it FILLS UP FAST!
