About this event

Students will make decorative, jointed boxes using the Rockler Router Table Box Joint Jig. Box joints are strong and attractive, and with the help of our Router Table Box Joint Jig, they're also straightforward to make. This jig uses precision-machined solid brass indexing keys to ensure uniform finger spacing and an airtight fit. This is a comprehensive 5 hour class. At the end, you’ll have a beautiful box to take home! All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Frequently asked questions

Are there any age restrictions for this class?

This class requires the use of power tools, which requires the attendee to be 14 years or older. Attendees below 18 years must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire class. If a parent or legal guardian is required to attend, only 1 ticket is required.

Do I need any safety equipment or special clothing?

Safety glasses or face shields, hearing protection, gloves, and dust respirators will be provided free of charge as needed. No loose clothing should be worn, long sleeves should be rolled up, long hair should be tied back. No open-toed shoes can be worn during classes.

I'm interested in a class that is not scheduled, do you offer custom classes based on my interests?

If you are interested in a private class, custom class tailored to your specific needs, or a special group class, please call your local store and speak directly to a Manager. We'll do our very best to meet your requirements while providing a great experience.
