Tuning up for the Hohner Harmonica Experience! The experience has Russ "KidMan" Schenke on harmonica accompanied by Patrick Recob on guitar demonstrating some blues riffs for the local news station.

Originally from Chicago, instructor Russ Schenke played and recorded with several American Roots and Blues bands before moving to Kansas City and becoming part of Blues scene. He has focused for over a decade on blues harmonica, learning tone, style and skill from local Blues legend Lee McBee, Jimmie Meade of LeVee Town and other KC harmonica greats.

Russ "KidMan" Schenke presents the Hohner Harmonica Experience in a casual and informative setting. Participants are provided a harmonica from Hohner when they register for the Make Music Day event. This is a really great introduction to an instrument you can take with you anywhere!

Here's an impromptu jam between Russ "KidMan" Schenke and Howard Mahan to kickoff the inaugural Make Music Day Kansas City in Lemonade Park in 2021- Hohner Harmonica Experience.
