Leader Labs are investment days in you and your team. Each Leader Lab focuses on a different area of leadership or church culture that will help you focus on making disciples that make disciples.

Creating a Church Culture that is Making and Multiplying Disciples
The mission of our churches is to make disciples of Jesus who are fully equipped, empowered, and sent to make more disciples. Disciples make disciples. Unfortunately, the culture of our churches often creates spiritual consumers rather than full kingdom participants. Culture always wins. Even if we have the best strategy for making disciples, if we don’t have the culture, the strategy will never work. This workshop will give you a framework and some tools to assess the culture that currently exists in your church, and identify any areas that need to shift in order to make the kind of disciples Jesus made.
Who is this for?
Leader Labs are specifically designed for pastors/ministry leaders to experience with their teams. Ministry just keeps coming. These investment days help you slow down long enough to take stock, hear the Lord together, get vision, and refocus on making healthy disciples that make new disciples.
Who is your team?
Staff, key leaders, paid or unpaid leaders that are leading the work of ministry with you. We recommend you bring at least one other person from your context. Can you come alone? Absolutely. We've found these experiences are always best when you have someone else from your context to process with you.
What is the day like?
A leader lab will feel like a workshop. There will be teaching to frame up the way of Jesus, as well as training that includes frameworks and tools you'll apply to your specific context. You'll sit with your team so you can think together about how the training can be contextualized into your ministry. There will be other churches/ministries in the room who are as passionate as you about making healthy disciples that multiply.
