Make a Cheese Slicer

Using our Cheese Slicer Kit, students will make a custom chesse slicer. The sleek, food-grade, stainless steel hardware, allows students to create a one-of-a-kind gift for family and friends or just keep it for your own kitchen. All the material and tools will be provided along with a coat of cutting board oil for the finished slicer. Some sanding will be required prior to applying the finish. You have the option of supplying your own eye and ear protection or it can be provided for you.
