We’ll dive into:
- Property details – what did you notice about construction, location, and condition?
- Repairs & renovations – what’s needed for a flip vs. a rental? Cosmetic or structural?
- Financial analysis – did you run the numbers? NOI? Cash flow potential?
- Investment strategies – what techniques would make the property work as a rental or flip?
- Making offers – did you write one? What would you do differently?
Expect a lively give-and-take discussion where everyone’s observations and feedback are welcome. We’ll also talk about how we can make the next tour even better—because yes, there will definitely be a next time!
