Have you taken a mahjong class and want the opportunity to practice your skills? Guided play provides a supportive environment to practice, ask questions and gain confidence in real-time gameplay. Perfect for those looking to refine their skills with expert guidance. This session is designed for anyone who has completed a beginner mahjong session or has some game play experience. Bring your NMJL card if you own one.
We will provide all game materials for player use, including loaner NMJL cards to use during the session. Game play can begin as tables fill up. NMJL cards will be for sale at the event.
NOTE: Extra parking is available behind the coffeeshop.
Important things to note:
- Arrive up to a half hour prior to the event to get your drink and get settled. You can start as soon as your table has 4 players.
- Ticket includes one coffee drink. Tip for baristas is not included.
- Games will be organized in groups of four. If you're signing up with friends, we'll do our absolute best to seat you together, but due to the nature of the even-numbered gameplay, we can't make any guarantees.
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
- Only tickets sold through Eventbrite will be honored.
- Please let us know if you are unable to attend so we can make appropriate arrangements since gameplay is dependent on 4 players per table.
