💌 Write a spell-casting and vow-binding letter to your Favorite Self that'll keep you accountable and committed to your Favorite Self Habits even when your thought gremlins and self-sabotaging demons attempt to hijack.

At 6pm, you'll jump on Zoom — comfy, cozy, and bright-eyed — ready to begin. We'll start with a powerful intuition activation practice so you can trust the magnetic habits you're about to craft.
Next, you'll deep dive into your Favorite Self — what makes her magnetic, how to work with yourself instead of against her, and how to keep momentum when life gets messy— and meet your Favorite Self in guided meditation to learn what hobbies, habits, and traits make her fabulous.
After you meet your Favorite Self, you’ll learn how to become her by designing Magnetic Habits. You’ll get the insider scoop and hacks from Ashley so you’ll know how to stick with these new habits and get unstuck even when you hit physical, mental, emotional, relational, and existential speed-bumps. Together, you'll pick out NINE habits for the 21-day What Would My Favorite Self Do? (WWMFSD?) Challenge, designed to make your life more joyful and simplified.
To add a dopamine-filled cherry on top, you'll write a powerful vow (cough-cough spell) to your Past and Future Self about why you're going to stick with this challenge and start living as your Favorite Self, right here and now.
We'll wrap with Q&A time with Ashley for all your burning questions and knee-jerk qualms and apprehensions.
