Magnetic by Design: A Year of Strategic & Intentional Workshops is a four-part journey for women entrepreneurs and designers who know that true success begins from the inside out. This series is for the woman who is ready to deepen her self-awareness, tend to her nervous system, and lead her business from a place of grounded confidence rather than burnout or hustle. Through intentional practices and strategic insight, you’ll reconnect with your inner knowing, refine how you show up in your work, and create a business that feels both sustainable and deeply aligned.

Across the year, each workshop builds upon the last—guiding you to attract your ideal clients with clarity and ease, increase your bottom line without sacrificing your well-being, and cultivate a self-assured presence that naturally draws opportunity. You’ll be supported by three facilitators whose work bridges intuition, creativity, and real-world business acumen: grounding and self-regulation practices that foster magnetic self-trust; unstructured, soul-led art experiences that reconnect you to passion and possibility; and mentorship rooted in design, entrepreneurship, and the power of communal support.

AUGUST — Strategic Planning

Bringing clarity to your business structure: boundaries, sustainability vs. burnout, offerings, pricing, and values-based strategy.

NOVEMBER — Alignment & Gratitude

Reflection, integration, and recalibration. Recognizing what has shifted, what has worked, and where alignment has created growth.

DECEMBER — Celebration, Styling & Professional Photos

Closing the year by honoring who you’ve become. Visual identity, confidence, and presence — celebrating growth inside and out.
