How is the foot traffic?

Based on our survey responses from previous years, vendors have gotten anywhere from 10-100 customers. While another vendor said they got $500 in sales. Homeowners have reported anywhere from 0-150 customers.

Number signs will be placed by 7:30 am however vendors can set up at anytime. The number signs are meant to help people visualize the layout and decide where they want to be.

Will there be assigned spots?

No, we have found that it works better for vendors to choose the space that works best for them. You can choose the best place based on your needs, shade options, street access, surface level, etc.

You can park anywhere you would like we only ask that you don't block driveways, fire hydrants, or mailboxes.

Are you accepting food vendors?

We would like to have food vendors. Based on past surveys and experience, our food vendors usually do really well and at least one year our food truck sold out.
