12/06/2025 - Learn to Make an LED Matrix
Learn how to use electronics to make an LED Matrix. In this class, you'll use tools like an Arduino, breadboard, and Scratch programming to create an LED reader board!
NEW DATE! 12/13/2025, 9:30-11:30 - Build a World
For ages 10-14
Explore a fantasy world called Massa Mist in a brand new comic series. You'll also learn about important issues related to today's technologies. During this session, you'll have time to talk about the comic with other kids, and work on different activities. You'll also get to build in the world of Massa Mist through GameBender, a new coding platform where you can build your own games.
Taught by guest teacher Ariam Mogos, this class is best for young people aged 10-14 who are excited by comics - this session will involve reading a brand new comic and talking about it.
12/20/2025 - Animation in Games
Students will learn how to
- Identify what animation is and where it is used
- Identify the 12 principles of animation
- Critique a game’s animations using the 12 principles of animation
- Animate a short clip using pencil and paper
We will teach a class on digital creation, stay posted for what subject!
