You’ll have the opportunity to go beyond the scale and have a comprehensive body composition analysis to measure body fat, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic weight, water retention, and general muscle mass.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Masters degree in Counseling and Community Psychology from Sage. Having gone through her own weight loss journey and recovering from a short stint of gastroparesis she learned the importance of eating a healthy diet. Through her experiences, she created, Not Your Average Mother Runner to educate and empower others to take control of their health and fitness journey.
