Course Description

Discover the craft of macrame while creating a stylish plant hanger perfect for a small to medium size pot.  This guided, beginner-friendly class introduces core knots used in most macrame projects and is perfect for plant lovers, DIY enthusiasts or anyone looking for a creative activity. Registration includes supplies to create your plant hanger as well as a 4" clay pot.  Should you need a plant or want to upgrade your pot, the lovely staff at For Collins Nursery will be there to help you make a perfect pairing to complete your project.

*Attendees will create their own plant hangers. Materials will be provided and be prepared to use your hands!

Regina Baukol, owner of Elevated Houseplants, is a former hairstylist turned macrame artist.  What started as a creative outlet has morphed into a fun small business that gets this stay at home mama out of the house from time to time. Regina specializes in modern, unique plant hangers that elevate everyday spaces and bring more greenery indoors. Teaching macrame allows her to share this relaxing craft and help others create beautiful pieces of their own as well as a memorable experience.
