Chef Autumn will guide you through the precise techniques for whipping a billowy meringue, folding the batter to the perfect consistency, and piping even, flawless shells. You’ll bake your cookies to glossy perfection, learning how to achieve the signature “feet” that make macarons so iconic.
Once the shells cool, the fun continues. You’ll fill your creations with smooth seasonal fillings, exploring how texture and flavor combine to make the perfect bite. Along the way, Chef Autumn shares insider tips for avoiding common pitfalls, storing macarons, and customizing them for any occasion.
