You’ll enjoy access to a curated collection of five luxury homes, each thoughtfully appointed and open to the public for one day only. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote on their favorites across six “Viewer’s Choice” categories.

• Must check in at Tourism Center at 11 AM to receive your wristband and tour booklet with addresses

Built on historic land once part of the legendary Spring Haven Estate, Stone Creek Manor is an 18,000+ square-foot private residence that blends timeless elegance with modern craftsmanship.
Spring Haven itself was an early 1800s stagecoach stop, Civil War encampment, and local gathering place—with historical ties to President Andrew Jackson’s family. Today, that heritage lives on through the architectural grace of this extraordinary new build.
