She oversees entrepreneurship programs, Film Birmingham, and Birmingham365, ensuring that artists, small business owners, and creative professionals have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.

Jessica is passionate about building sustainable pathways for creative entrepreneurs and fostering an ecosystem where arts, culture, and business intersect. She plays a key role in guiding emerging and established professionals through strategic planning, mentorship, and capacity-building opportunities. Her work includes advising visiting filmmakers and productions, developing partnerships that drive economic impact, and ensuring Birmingham’s creative workforce is positioned for long-term success.
