Respect is a feeling you experience when you treat someone well for their qualities of character traits, but respect can also be a manifestation of dignity toward people. Respect should be the norm in the workplace, regardless of personal feelings.
During this session we will explore:
- The benefits of showing respect to others in the workplace
- Tips for handling difficult conversations
- Preparing and managing emotions while reaching a positive outcome.
You bring your lunch and we will provide the learning (lunch is NOT provided).”
