Stephen Parker:

Stephen Parker is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP where he focuses his practice on PERM labor certification and immigrant (“green card”) petitions. He has experience handling all aspects of the business immigration process, including employment-based non-immigrant visas, PERM labor certification applications, immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status. Stephen is passionate about advising and assisting employers in sponsoring their foreign-national employees for U.S. permanent resident status. Stephen volunteers his time with Dallas area non-profit organizations in providing pro bono advice and assistance at immigration and citizenship workshops.

Prior to joining BAL, Stephen worked for many years as an in-house corporate immigration paralegal for a major software technology company. He has also practiced business immigration law within the immigration practice group of an Am Law 100 top-rated firm. Stephen received his Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law. He completed his undergrad at Biola University majoring in Humanities-Philosophy. He is admitted to practice by the State Bars of Washington, Colorado, and Texas and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Stacey Hubbard:

Stacey is an Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters. She began her legal career as a civil litigator in a general practice firm assisting small businesses and individuals. Prior to joining BAL, Stacey worked in the United Kingdom for several prominent law firms assisting large corporations and financial institutions. She also volunteered her legal services with the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Immigration Legal Assistance Project, which provides low cost immigration services to those in need.
