Dan Moll is a Certified Divorce Lending Professional CDLP© focused on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informative decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

He works with family, lawyers, mediators, financial advisors, CPAs, and divorcing homeowners by providing due diligent assistance to help make an informed decision regarding keeping or selling the house. His mission is to help neutralize emotions and reduce acrimony, prevent post-divorce disputes and avoid legal and financial mistakes associated with marital settlement agreements.

Don holds his degree in Economics from the University of Florida and he has been in the financial services industry for over 22 years. He’s affiliated member of the Florida Bar, and a member of the Florida Academy of collaborative professionals.
