Most of us are familiar with the dangers of Teflon and non-stick pans. Now, there are other nonstick, safer coatings, expensive and non-expensive materials. Let's talk about pots and pans that will support our health goals and won't break the bank. Some of the key points from this talk will be: material, coating, design, safety, taste, and how it will affect how food cooks. Also, we will talk about basic pots to make our life easier.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3 @ 12 PM EST: How Food Affects Your Mental Health

The relationship between mental health and food is documented. Your diet can influence mood, cognitive function, and overall mental well-being. Diets rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants nourish the brain and protect it from oxidative stress.
