- Creating a collaborative culture by ensuring that we understand how our values and organizational structure align with our collaborative goals.
- View some ways to foster collaborative behaviors by working with our teams to get them on board with the initiative, and develop a trusting environment.
- Encourage and reward the correct behaviors by reviewing and aligning performance management to our collaborative goals.
