“You bring your lunch and we will provide the learning (lunch is NOT provided).”
Maintaining a respectful attitude is vital in the workplace, as it fosters a positive work culture that enables you and your team members to work together towards achieving common goals. Regardless of personal feelings, displaying respect should be a standard practice in the workplace. Both employers and employees ought to show respect to their colleagues and superiors. As an employee, you can demonstrate respect to your coworkers and managers by giving them the attention they deserve, attentively listening to their opinions, and communicating with kindness. This workshop will outline several ways to exhibit respect in the workplace.
