Speaker:

Naomi Ratliff is a Project Coordinator at Poynter Sheet Metal with a background in mechanical engineering and a growing focus on project management. She holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management.

Naomi becan her career as an intern with a German automotive manufacturer, later advancing into Project Engineering. She eventually transitioned into the construction industry with Poynter, a role that laid the foundation for her current position. Today, she continues to strengthen her expertise in project coordination and leadership.
