Lunar Soundscapes: Full/New Moon Sound Bath

Sacred Reflections will be hosting donation-based New and Full Moon Sound Baths at MarYSoul Expression Studio! Each session invites you to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and create space for renewal.

This offering is held with a trauma-informed approach, designed to support participants in gently releasing layers of stress, shame, or emotional blockages connected to past experiences. Sound vibrations help the nervous system reset, allowing the body to process and let go in a safe and nurturing environment. Gentle yoga cues will be provided.

No prior experience is needed, nor is movement required. The studio has a few yoga mats available for use and hot tea/water are provided.
