About this event

Lumafield has developed the world’s first office-friendly X-ray CT scanner, allowing engineers to “see” inside their products non-destructively at 1/10th the cost of traditional CT machines. The rich data offered by CT has often been out of reach for many engineers due to the expensive cost and specialized nature of the machines & software. The goal of Lumafield is to make CT accessible to every engineer and to allow organizations to easily and cost-effectively scale CT beyond the limited use cases we see today. During the discussion, Lumafield will introduce the basics of X-ray CT, common use cases, and where it applies from product development to manufacturing. Lumafield will also have plenty of example CT scans that can be discussed.
