Who is this class for ?

This class is recommended for pregnant people from 15 weeks gestation onwards . If you already practise yoga or engage in regular exercise , you're welcome to join from 12 weeks . No prior yoga experience is required.

What should I bring?

Please bring a bottle of water and a blanket /cushion (optional) for added comfort during relaxation. Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat if preferred.

Comfy , stretchy clothing you can move and breathe in.

I've never done yoga before , can I  still join?

Absolutely ! This class is gentle and beginner friendly, with modifications for all stages of pregancy.

What if I can't make a class that I have booked ?

Accepted Answer

If you've purchased a multi-class pass and can't make a session just let us know, you can roll the class over to a future date within 6 weeks.
