What will we learn in class?

Get ready to dive into the world of royal icing! This course will teach you everything you need to know about preparing the icing, including the value of different icing consistencies and coloring techniques. Filling piping bags can be tough, but we'll show you tips and tricks that make it a breeze.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing! Everything will be provided for you including our delicious sugar cookies. Just come and enjoy yourself! If you're worried about getting messy, bring an apron or wear clothes that are easy to wash. There is a PowerPoint, so if you wear glasses, we'd encourage you to bring them as well.

What will I bring home?

By the end of the class, you will have created a set of gorgeous cookies ready to dry for 24-48 hours in their own box - Or for your kiddos to eat up once they are brought home!
And of course, you’ll have new skills, memories, and fun!

Question 4

What age is best for cookie classes?

Accepted Answer

Our classes are for almost any age! From youngsters to grandparents- come on in and have some cookie fun with us! However, kiddos under 14 will need a parent taking the class as well.

Question 5

Can I sign up as an individual or as a group?

Accepted Answer

You can sign up either as an individual, with a friend, or with a whole group. The more the merrier! We are limited to a total of 22 seats per class, so definitely sign up ASAP!

Question 6

Can I purchase an additional take-home kit?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Practicing cookiers can purchase additional class kits to take home and re-do the class. You can purchase an add-on kit during check-out. Your kit will be available at the end of your class - so don't forget it!

Question 7

I signed up for a class but can't make it?

Accepted Answer

*sad face* We understand that life happens so that’s why we allow you to cancel up to 5 days before the class. You can
always transfer your spot to a friend though (what a nice friend you are).

Do You Sell Cookies?

Yep - inquire on Samantha's. custom cookie page called Whipped Up Cookie Co. (Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps).

What if the class I want is sold out?

Definitely reach out to us! If we have enough interest for a class, we will create a second class on the same day! You can email us to either be added to the wait list or inquire about the class at hello@whippedupcookieco.com

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Just let us know by emailing the name and contact information of the person you’d like to transfer your ticket to to hello@whippedupcookieco.com

How do we get the list of future classes?

Follow our Eventbrite profile or follow us on Facebook (if we have last minute cancelations, we post there!).

Question 12

Can just my chid take the class?

Accepted Answer

We ask that all parents also attend the classes with their children under 14. For children over 14, you can drop off your child to take the class and return to pick-up in 1.5 hours. So unfortunately, no - your child cannot take the class alone, a parent must also purchase a ticket and take the class

Do you provide gluten-free cookies?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Make sure to purchase a gluten-free ticket so I can prepare your cookies separately. I must make it clear that both standard and gluten-free options are prepared in the same kitchen. As much as I can clean and sanitize between batches I cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination.
