come celebrate Dr. Matt's book launch, Age Stronger with a 30 min Foundation Training class All welcome. No specific experience necessary!

30 min Flow (lead by Dr. Matt) followed by a social.

No experience neccessary

Workout starts promptly at 5:30pm, if you registered in time fo rthe free gear please show up 20-30 min early to get your fresh gear and change prior to class!

Food trucks, drinks and social will follow.

All are welcome, bring your kids, bring your family & we will celebrate the launch of Age Stronger.
