LOWVELO | The Sunset Series: Ride, Glow, Give

Presented by Longevity Club & Hot Girls Cycle Club

This unique rooftop wellness experience features:

A 30-minute high-energy cycling session led by Hot Girl Cycle Club instructors.

A 30-minute Pilates session lead by 3 Longevity coaches. Choose between Mat, Tower or Reformer pilates.

Participants will be split into two groups — 30 will start on the bikes, 30 on the mats, then switch halfway through. First come, first served for Pilates formats — arrive early to claim your spot!

Your ticket includes:

• A refreshing cocktail or mocktail courtesy of Longevity’s wellness partner, Sechey.
• A light snack from Callie Hot Little Biscuits.
• A chance to connect with a vibrant, health-minded community — all while supporting a powerful cause.

What you need to bring:

• Water
• Spin shoes/ pilates socks. There will be rentals or for purchase if you need.

Doors open at 5:30 PM. Please bring a valid photo ID.

All proceeds will be split between the Longevity Club and Hot Girls Cycle Club LOWVELO bike teams, directly benefiting MUSC Hollings Cancer Center and its lifesaving cancer research.

Parking: There are free one hour parking meters or limited parking in the Rutledge Tower. Please arrive early to park and get set up for class. All spots are first come first serve. We highly encourage ride sharing with a friend!
