- Oct 25 – Pre-Hackathon Training Day (Mandatory training on iGentic; resources provided)
- Oct 25 – Nov 5 – Hack Build (Build your agent, office hours available)
- Nov 6 – Submission Deadline (Submit repo, documentation, and demo video)
- Nov 7 – Shortlisting (Top 5 teams selected)
- Nov 8 – Final Demos & Judging (Top 5 teams present live; awards to top 3)
