Loss and Grief: Finding a Way Forward

The grief experienced after a loss is very individual – whether it is the death of a loved one, a job loss, or leaving someplace familiar. We can better understand our own experience of mourning by learning some fundamental information about grief. This one-hour program, led by bereavement counselors with Duke Hospice Bereavement Services, will provide an overview of the grieving process. You will learn how to connect with others who are grieving, as well as available local and national resources.
