For years, no matter how hard I trained, I had never seen my abs. By changing my approach, I achieved a six-pack in just four months. “Later, I came back from a broken ankle to run my first marathon less than a year later. Two very different challenges that taught me the same lesson: with the right method and discipline, change is always possible.

The fitness space is full of conflicting advice and quick-fix promises — making it hard to know what actually works. I’ve experienced that frustration firsthand, but I also discovered that when you follow a clear, evidence-based approach, results follow.
